Purpose and Mission of TSUS
The Start-Up Society at Toronto Metropolitan University (TSUS) is a student-led club dedicated to empowering students and alumni to create businesses and pursue projects they are passionate about. We provide a collaborative space where members meet twice a month to work on their projects, exchange ideas, and hold each other accountable. Our meetings offer opportunities to share knowledge on key topics like business, manufacturing, marketing, and social networks. With bi-weekly meetups—one in-person and one virtual—members can discuss their progress, challenges, and future goals in a supportive environment. These meetings are optional and open to all TMU students, regardless of whether they have a business or project in mind. TSUS welcomes projects of all stages and sizes, from brainstorming ideas to scaling a business. Join us and be part of a community that fosters motivation, collaboration, and growth.
